Staying healthy and active before, during and after your pregnancy is important. Physiotherapy can help prepare your body, provide education on conditions that are common during and after pregnancy, and help guide you through a strong and healthy pregnancy. Some of the conditions commonly treated are incontinence, rectus diastasis (splitting of your abdominal wall) and low back or hip pain.
