Join a one-to-one care physiotherapy clinic that prioritizes quality treatment, strong team culture, and clinician growth, with a front desk that handles your booking and billing.

You're a physiotherapist licensed in BC, or eligible to be, who values meaningful patient connections, clinical reasoning, and a supportive environment. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced clinician, you'll have mentorship from our clinic director and room to build a niche in sport, vestibular rehabilitation or pelvic health.

Commissioned employee at 42% to 50%: about $119,000 to $142,000 a year at a full caseload, plus paid vacation, stat holidays and sick days. Contractor option at 50% to 60%.
Hand Therapist / Upper Extremity Therapist (Full Time or Part Time)
PT or OT | Steveston, Richmond | 1:1 Care Model | Starting November 2026
Build your hand therapy practice in a one-to-one care clinic, with mentorship from Certified Hand Therapists.

You're a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist in BC with at least 18 months of clinical practice. You're working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist, or you're already certified.
​
Commissioned employee at 42% to 50%: about $119,000 to $149,000 a year at a full caseload, plus paid vacation, stat holidays and sick days. Contractor option at 50% to 60%.
