Our Fantastic Front Desk Team
These incredible humans oversee the daily office operations at Empower Physiotherapy. When you come into our clinic, you’ll be greeted by a friendly face and treated to excellent customer service. They take great pride in helping you recover from your injury by booking you in with the most appropriate physiotherapist at a time that is convenient for you.
Alicia
Patient Experience ​Coordinator Lead
Alicia enjoys playing soccer, singing with the Delta Chamber Choir, and spending time with her new kittens. She holds a post-baccalaureate diploma in gerontology and is passionate about promoting healthy active aging in her community.
Lisa
Patient Experience ​Coordinator
Lisa enjoys spending time with family, friends and living in the wonderful community of Steveston. Volunteering, working part-time, travelling, enjoying the outdoors and exploring fill her with joy!
Thea
Patient Experience ​Coordinator
Thea enjoys reading, playing basketball, and teaching Filipino cultural dance to her peers!

Lleyton enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball and boxing. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's in Kinesiology and plans to become a physiotherapist one day!
