Abarnadevi Manoharan is an experienced physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical practice, with a strong focus on pelvic health, women’s health, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She brings a depth of experience from her many years working in the United Kingdom’s National Health Service, where she held senior clinical roles including Clinical Lead and Advanced Specialist Physiotherapist at the Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.


Abarnadevi has extensive experience supporting individuals through pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. She is skilled in internal pelvic assessment, biofeedback, and pilates-based rehabilitation, and she integrates evidence-informed practice with thoughtful, individualized care.


She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Women’s Health Physiotherapy from the University of Bradford, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.


Abarnadevi is passionate about helping people understand their bodies, regain confidence in movement, and feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. She believes in collaborative, client-centred care and works closely with her patients to create realistic, meaningful treatment plans.
