Katelyn Jeffries (Locum)

Katelyn is our locum physiotherapist. She will be covering our physiotherapists while they are away so that you may continue with your treatment plan.

Katelyn grew up on Vancouver Island, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. She relocated to Vancouver to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia and has since fallen in love with everything the city has to offer. Katelyn is a certified IMS practitioner and she continues to enhance her post-graduate learnings through ongoing post-graduate courses.

Katelyn enjoys working with a variety of different client presentations, with a special interest in orthopedic injuries. Her approach to treatment involves collaborating with the client to determine a plan that best suits their needs, while helping to support and guide them along their rehabilitation journey. Clients can expect a combination of evidence-informed manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, with a focus on developing self-management tools to help you get back to doing the things you love.

When she’s not in the clinic, Katelyn enjoys spending her time outdoors, whether that be hiking or reading a book at the beach. She is looking forward to working with you on your journey to achieve your rehabilitation goals!
